12 Commandments for Christian Families...

Be a follower of God, as dear Children.

Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children - Ephesians. 5:1

Be not conformed to this world.

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will. - Romans 12:2

Be kindly and affectioned one to another.

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves .- Romans 12:9-10

Be doers of the Word, and not hearers only.

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.- James 1:22

Be of one mind, live in peace.

... Be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. - 2 Corinthians 13:11

Be faithful, and watch unto prayer.

 The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. - 1 Peter 4:7

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. - Romans 12;12

 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. - Ephesians 6:18

Be content with the things you have.

Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."  -Hebrews 13:5

Be sympathetic, be courteous.

Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble. - 1 Peter 3:8

Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice.

Rejoice in the LORD and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart! - Psalms 32:11

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! - Philippians 4:4

Be clothed in humility

... All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble."  - 1 Peter 5:5  

Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ. - Ephesians 5:21

Be patient toward all men.

And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone - 1 Thessalonians 5:14

Be ready, for the Son of Man cometh

You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him."  - Luke 12:40
